December of course went by crazy fast, mostly due to the obvious craziness of the Holidays. We had party after party and we were all exhausted by the time it was all through. I have decided to lump some, mostly the ones I got pics from (sadly most of those pics are from my phone so they aren't the greatest:( ), of our activities together into one post. So I can eventually get around to posting our actual Christmas Day.
We enjoyed decorating Gingerbread Man cookies with our neighbor friends.

Cam and his cousin Megan made Gingerbread houses in Preschool.
We enjoyed Ice Skating at the Gallivan Center. My cousin rents it out every year and it's always so fun to catch up with everyone while we enjoy donuts and hot chocolate by the fires.
We enjoyed our annual Nogger this year with this fun group of friends. Chris and Laurie hosted this year with a fabulous dinner and we had such a fun time with out White Elephant gift exchange. It is always fun to dress up in our "Uglies" and visit with our friends sans kids.
These guys are always such a riot when they get together. They have been friends since elementary school so they of course go "way back" and the jokes usually get out of hand when they all get together. It's always great to have a fun group of friends that you can count on for fun get togethers and Date Nights.
We took Oakley and Cam snowmobiling. They had a great time even though the temperature was only in the teens. They were both troopers in the cold and were of course asking when we can go again. They devoured their hot chocolate at the half way point and were eager to jump on and get riding again.
Aunt Stephanie came to visit for Christmas and the kids enjoyed decorating their Gingerbread Village with her. They were so excited they had plans to do things with her every day.
We have been enjoying the Splash Zone during these colder days. The kids are always easily entertained here and it keeps them plenty busy for at least a couple hours.
The classic Santa picture. Jax was just fine watching Cam and Oakley tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas, but when it was his turn to sit on his lap he of course held his breath. We hurried and snapped some pics and saved him. He was sure mad at us.
After Ice Skating at the Gallivan Center the boys were begging to go again so we left Jax with Grandma one night and headed to the Skating rink with aunt Stephanie. The boys of course loved it and are actually getting really good on their own.
I have a love/hate relationship with this blog of mine. I love looking back at it and reading it, but I feel like I have SO MANY pics and I can never decide which ones to post without overdoing it on pics. And then there's the "getting behind and needing to play catch up" days and not being able to post any recent adventures until I have gotten FULLY caught up. Maybe I'll find a happy medium some day.
